This month, we launched our NextGen platform. We’re excited to introduce you to GENBA™ 3.0.
After dedicating thousands of hours of blood, sweat and tears, this is an epic achievement for our team. As with any development project, there have been some hurdles to overcome, but also some wonderful new innovations and revelations along the way.
What’s really important is that there are some great benefits to be experienced by our clients, both content owners and sellers.
The main priority has always been to deliver something even more efficient, secure, and robust for all our distribution partners. We’re confident that’s what we’ve created, ensuring the quality digital games and software products we distribute are getting the care they deserve.
And we think people will love the new look too.
The added bonus is that we’ve managed to deliver a platform that makes things easier for us. And a happier team can only lead to an even better service for everyone involved.
So, we asked some of our Tech and Operations people what they think makes our new platform next level stuff. Here’s what they said…

“One of the key objectives in the process of developing GENBA™ 3.0 was to expand our tech team to ensure an entirely in-house operation. It’s allowed us to have much tighter control of development, QA, client support and infrastructure. And, with the implementation of Agile working, we’ve been able to respond much faster to client requests and add new features to the platform more frequently.”

User dashboards have new and improved displays when clients log in, making it easy to get up to speed on things like sales figures and product key data. Plus, our API now works with Azure Active Directory, providing an extra layer of security for our users.”
