We want to shine a light on some of the latest stars to have joined the Genba team, and today we’re highlighting the work of Anna Rafalskaia! Anna joined us as a Product Owner at the very end of 2025, and since then has been hard at work helping us refine and develop all aspects of our platform.
Prior to her current role at Genba, Anna worked as a B2B and B2C Sales Manager before becoming a QA Team Lead at our parent company Azerion. The experience she gained in those roles has helped inform her strong focus on quality, usability and clear communication between technical and business teams.
“I’m really excited to join Genba and bring my background in product development to the team,” says Anna. “I’m looking forward to helping improve the platform to deliver the best possible experience for our partners.”
Outside of her work as a Product Owner, Anna’s passions include endurance sports such as ultra trail running and competitive Hyrox. When she’s not running, she’ll likely be found preparing hard for the next race.
